Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in food, industrial or hospitality companies
• Food handling card
• Educated person, fond of a job well done, detail-oriented, agile, fast and a good companion.
• Good physical condition and disposition: 8 intense hours at the pace set by the machines.

Schedule: Weekly rotating shifts from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. and from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Schedules are set according to production needs.

Salary: according to agreement

Weekly tasks:

• Cleaning the plates of waffle machines.
• Thorough cleaning of all facilities (workshop area, all machines inside and out, mixing tanks, pipes, mixers, floors, auxiliary facilities).
  

I work under the coordination and supervision of the co-director.

Daily Tasks:

• Preparation of mixtures.
• Supply of mixtures to the corresponding machine.
• Assembling boxes.
• Correct collection and placement of the wafers.
• Quality verification of each wafer.
• Packaging of wafers in the shape and manner corresponding to each type.
• Marking of boxes (place sticker with batch and expiration date).
• Stacking boxes on pallet.
• Ensure the proper functioning of the machines in a coordinated manner with the team.
• Continuous maintenance of order and cleanliness in the workplace.

Report any significant incident immediately to the maintenance technician.
