What is the shipping policy?
Orders are shipped at 17:00 on weekdays. Orders received before 14:00 will be prepared and shipped the same day. Orders received after this time will be shipped the following day. You can also pick up your order at our premises until 17:00.
In just 2 business days for any place on the Peninsula, 4 days for the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and 7 days for the Canary Islands and the rest of the world, after the order has been placed, you will be enjoying the selected products at home, which you will receive via a renowned parcel company (valid for the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands).
Orders will not be delivered to PO boxes. Shipping will be done through an express courier company and will be sent directly to the shipping address you indicate on your order form.
The delivery period described will be effective if the customer is available at the place of delivery during that period, in which case the products will be deemed to be delivered on the date on which Gonzalo Rios SL makes them available at the place of delivery.
The order will be cancelled and returned to our facilities in either of the following two cases:
- Delivery cannot be made when attempted three times.
- The customer could not be contacted within 9 business days following the first failed delivery attempt.
Orders paid by credit card and returned after several delivery attempts by the shipping agency will not be refunded.
